The Pterodactylus is a manageable driver for young disc golfers. The rim isn't too wide, thus a high-speed release is not necessary. However, it still lands in the "distance driver" category and provides a great gateway disc to longer, more impressive throws down the fairway. Like other Dino Discs, it is lightweight, floats in water, and is aimed at young players or those players without a lot of arm speed.
